Bible Meditation:
1 Peter 4: 7-11

“…If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ABILITY which GOD SUPPLIES, that in all things God may be glorified… – 1 Peter 4:11

The Believer’s Life and Service are enhanced by Supernatural Supply of Strength: If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ABILITY which GOD SUPPLIES, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen” (1 Pet.4:11). In a fast-paced, often overwhelming world that demands high performance, believers often burn out by relying on human effort. We are tempted to rely on our own strength, intellect, and resources to perform our duties – whether at home, work, or in ministry. However, God calls us to a higher standard of living in these "last days.” We’re urged to move beyond human limitation and tap into the “manifold grace of God” (v.10).

The prerequisites to this include: sober-mindedness, fervent love, hospitality, and stewardship of Grace. Because the end is near, believers must be sober-minded, self-controlled and alert to pray effectively (v.7). A muddled mind prevents effective prayer. Fervent, intense, and earnest love for others is essential, as it overlooks offenses and prevents strife, covering a multitude of sins (v.8). Showing love through hospitality is a practical, sacrificial, and joyous act, done without complaining or grumbling (v.9). In essence, every Believer is a Steward of Grace, having received a "gift", which is an expression of God's varied grace (v.10). We are managers of these gifts for the service of others.

We’re called to Performance by Divine Strength. This acknowledges that God has not just invited us to a task; He has provided the strength to accomplish it (v.11). The focus shifts from what we do to how we do it. We cannot rely on personal stamina but on the “strength that God supplies.” We are stewards, not owners, of the gifts God has given us. When we speak, it should be with divine authority as oracles of God. When we serve, it should be with divine energy. The ultimate goal of this performance is not personal applause but that God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. When we serve in God’s strength, it becomes obvious that the outcome is supernatural, not merely human effort.

In Jesus’ precious Name, I affirm that:

I am equipped by Divine Power to perform my duties with excellence. I will not be exhausted because I operate in the ability God supplies.

My words are aligned with the oracles of God, creating positive change. I shall not serve with a grumbling spirit; I serve with joy and purpose.

I am a faithful steward of God's Manifold Grace, manifesting it in all areas of life. I am fully focused and alert to the last days’ moves of God.

The Love of God in me covers offenses and empowers me to build relationships. My life is a vessel for God’s Glory, attracting divine attention.

I operate with supernatural capacity, exceeding natural expectations. God is glorified through my service, and His dominion is established.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
