Bible Meditation:
Ephesians 1: 1-10

That in the dispensation of the fullness of time He might gather together in one all things IN CHRIST, both which are in heaven and which are on earth – in Him – Ephesians 1:10

God has planned all of Time, and every event connected to His Son, Jesus Christ. HISTORY is HIS STORY! For example, the Roman census in Luke 2 occurred right on schedule so that Jesus would be born in Bethlehem where God had prophesied He would be born, rather than in Galilee (Mic.5:2). The language in Ephesians 1 also attests to the truth that: History is actually the story of Jesus Christ, the Messiah. From the dawning of creation, when God scooped into the dust of the earth and made man, it’s been all about Jesus. Indeed, the entire Bible Story is His Story: “And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in ALL the Scriptures the things concerning Himself” (Lk.24:27).

God lives in eternity, and He isn’t confined to time like humans are; yet He has stepped down into our history many times. Before anyone had even been born on earth, God promised that the offspring of a woman would deal with our enemy Satan. That offspring was Jesus. The One who made us in His image made Himself one of us and took the punishment for our sins. That was God’s plan. “But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons” (Galatians 4:4-5).

The night Jesus was born, the Lord of heaven and earth came to live among us in order to be our Saviour. The events of His life were promised ahead of time. His birth was announced with unprecedented glory. Through His prophets, God promised many details about Jesus’ life, and every one of them came to pass. We can therefore trust Him with the details of our lives!

After they heard the angel’s announcement, the shepherds went to see the Baby who had been born, and then they praised God and told everyone what they had seen. The shepherds had been transformed, and they wanted everyone to know. Those of us who have been transformed by our encounters with Jesus have something wonderful to share! And so HIS STORY has also become OUR STORY. Beloved, in your connection to Jesus, His Victory and Glory become your story.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
