Genesis 21: 1-7

“And the LORD VISITED SARAH as He had said, and the LORD DID for Sarah as He had spoken” – Genesis 21:1

Welcome to the Month of DIVINE VISITATION for the Performance of God’s Promises: “And the LORD VISITED SARAH as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken” (Gen.21:1). A new month is not just a change on the calendar; it is a blank page in the book of life, waiting for the Author and Finisher of our faith to write a new chapter. The ultimate expectation for this month is Divine Visitation – a shift from waiting to manifestation. For twenty-five years, Abraham and Sarah waited for a promise. Finally, "the Lord visited Sarah" and “the Lord did for Sarah”! A divine visitation is when God moves from being a distant promise-giver to a present promise-performer. It is the intersection of heaven and earth, resulting in unprecedented, supernatural, and tangible results.

Let’s ponder on Five Key Insights into Divine Visitation:

Visitation is Rooted in the Word: “...as He had said." (v.1). God cannot visit against His Word. The visitation in Genesis 21 was the fulfillment of what was spoken in Genesis 17. Each of our expectations this month must be anchored to specific, prophetic words God has given us.

Visitation is the Performance of God's Promises: “...did for Sarah as He had spoken." The Hebrew word for "visit" here implies intervention and taking care of a matter. God did not just look at Sarah; He acted on her behalf. This month, God is set to act on every pending promise.

Visitation defies Human Limitations: “...Sarah conceived, and bore Abraham a son in his old age" (v.2a). That Sarah was post-menopausal and Abraham was old didn’t stop divine performance. Divine Visitation turns barrenness into fruitfulness and brings life out of dead situations.

Visitation turns Laughter of Doubt to Celebration of Joy: “...God has made me laugh" (v.6). Sarah previously laughed in doubt (Gen 18:12). Here, her laughter was pure joy. God turned ridicule into a miracle; and mockery into testimonies.

Visitation is always at the "Set Time": “...at the set time of which God had spoken to him” (v.2b). Delay is not denial; but a preparation for a better manifestation. We must keep our eyes on the promise rather than allow delay shake our Faith in the Word. Let’s prepare for laughter, position our hearts for Joy, and cease focusing on the obstacles. God can do what is impossible for men, even if it defies logic.

In Jesus’ Name, I declare that:

The Lord shall visit me, and my story is changing. This is my month of divine turnaround – every barren area of my life is becoming fruitful.

Every long-awaited promise shall be realized. I receive the grace for a divine, supernatural acceleration of all my delayed blessings.

All who have mocked my wait shall celebrate with me. Every negative verdict against my destiny is reversed by the power of divine visitation.

In this season of supernatural performance, the Lord is doing for me all that He has spoken. I break forth into new levels of favour and glory.

All doors closed against my progress are opening on their own accord. My laughter this month shall be loud and lasting!

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
