NULLIFY ANXIETY

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God – Philippians 4:6

FLOAT BY FAITH

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? – Matthew 6:25

NEVER WITHOUT A PILOT

Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the word of His servant? Let the one who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord and rely on their God – Isaiah 50:10 (NIV).

BLESSED AT THE BROOK

And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land – 1 Kings 17:7

“Week after week, with an unwavering and steadfast spirit, Elijah watched the brook dwindle and finally dry up. Often tempted to stumble in unbelief, he nevertheless refused to allow his circumstances to come between himself and God. Unbelief looks at God through the circumstances, just as we often see the sun dimmed by clouds or smoke. But faith puts God between itself and its circumstances, and looks at them through Him.

REST AND REFRESHING

To whom he said, THIS IS THE REST wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and THIS IS THE REFRESHING: yet they would not hear – Isaiah 28:12

“Why do you worry? What possible use does your worrying serve? You are aboard such a large ship that you would be unable to steer even if your Captain placed you at the helm. You would not even be able to adjust the sails, yet you worry as if you were the captain or the helmsman of the vessel. Be quiet, dear soul – GOD is the MASTER!

SING WORRIES AWAY

As they began to SING and PRAISE, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated – 2 Chronicles 20:22 (NIV)

GENUINE FAITH

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen – Hebrews 11:1

“Genuine faith puts its letter in the mailbox and lets go. Distrust, however, holds on to a corner of the envelope and then wonders why the answer never arrives. There are some letters on my desk that I wrote weeks ago, but I have yet to mail them because of my uncertainty over the address or the contents. Those letters have not done any good for me or anyone else at this point. And they never will accomplish anything until I let go of them, trusting them to the postal service.

WAIT – NOT WORRY

But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with PATIENCE wait for it – Romans 8: 25

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise – Hebrews 10:36

“Have you prayed and prayed, and waited and waited, and still you see no evidence of an answer? Are you tired of seeing no movement? Are you at the point of giving up? Then perhaps you have not waited in the right way, which removes you from the right place – the place where the Lord can meet you.

THE FRICTION OF FRETTING

FRET NOT thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity – Psalm 37:1

WORRY-FREE LIVING

REST in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass – Psalm 37:7

Life is all about choices. YOU CAN CHOOSE NOT TO WORRY. You can win over worry through PRAISE, PRAYER and POSITIVITY (positive thinking, talking and living).

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
