PROVOCATION is positive motivation to improve on your efforts. COMPETITION is a negative response to excellence in others. Discovering your purpose will cure you permanently of competition and free you to be all you can be in God’s gracious calling…

Discovering your PURPOSE opens doors of PARTNERSHIP.

The secret and power of partnership is one secret the church does not fully appreciate resulting in so much copying and duplication of efforts. Pastor A has launched a specialized ministry in an area of need. Instead of other ministers entering into partnership with him to make him strong in the door God has opened, others rush into the same door, duplicate his efforts and reduce his influence. Others go to the extent of muscling him out. The world looks on and wonders at our vicious competitiveness. Ministry is not a corporate business venture seeking profits in dollars and cents. It is God’s work in saving men and building them up in the image of God. When God opens a door of faith to one of His servants, let others extend genuine hands of partnership to him. God’s gifts and callings are by grace (Gal. 2:7-9).

YOUR PURPOSE is UNIQUE. God assigned you to it and He is working it out. Not your eloquence, hard work or natural talents. The apostles allowed God’s grace on God’s chosen vessels to dictate SPHERES of MINISTRY…”
