Bible Meditation:
Isaiah 61: 1-11

To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD… – Isaiah 61:3 (NKJV)

Every blessing and benefit you receive from God is by grace. Every action, effort or output on your part that’ll command divine attention and approval must be by Grace. Grace is a primary prerequisite for Prevailing Praise. Fundamental to your proper preparation for a lifestyle of praise, is Grace. Grace is the Garment of Praise! It would be strange for one to receive grace and not praise God, unless such a one is an ingrate! Where the Spirit of Grace resides, Praise will always spring forth!

There are however certain viruses that would try to disrupt or stop the flow of Grace. The chief barrier to praise is the three-letter word – SIN. Grace does not condone sin (Rom.5:1). Rather, His grace is made available, to help you out of sin. You need to be free from sin for your praise to be acceptable to God (1Pet.2:5). You were created to bring pleasure to God. But only those who belong to Him by grace can touch Him by praise. The praise of the sinner is abominable noise in God’s ears. For God to accept your praise, and to manifest for your help, you must do away with sin and choose to walk in holiness.

The relationship of Grace and Praise is however mutual. There is a Grace for Praise. Then, when you turn to the Lord in humble and holy praise, you will see the Doors of His Grace. Praise opens Doors into Grace. The challenges of life can seem like looming mountains, intimidating you with a sense of fear. Praise is God’s simple solution to enjoying His presence in the midst of crisis. Praise attracts the Grace that enables you to watch God’s avalanche of blessings break down all daunting problems.

When you see how big, powerful, strong, and loving God is toward you, and you magnify Him in that light, then peace comes. Hope comes. Strength comes. Faith rises and you’re assured that no problem is insurmountable. Praise dissolves doubt, reinforces faith, and releases Grace for Victory! By grace, you can turn all pains into praises.

Lord, grant me Grace for Praise; grace to turn pains into praises, and to access doors into Greater Grace, in Jesus name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
