DIVINE PROMISES (1)

“Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken to the house of Israel. ALL CAME TO PASS” – Joshua 21:45

Our God is committed to performing His unfailing DIVINE PROMISES: “Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken to the children of Israel. ALL CAME TO PASS” (Jos.21:45). His promises will never fail! They are divinely performed, fully fulfilled, and constant because His nature is faithful and unchanging. Unlike man, God cannot lie or break His Word. Whatever He says is as certain as the sunrise; it must happen. His promises may take time, but they never expire. Delay is not denial; every promise has an appointed time.

We serve the Promise-keeping God. We can count on Him to fulfil all His promises. Joshua 21 explains how cities and properties were to be divided among the priests. Verse-after-verse lists which cities went to which tribe of priests. Then, this wonderful declaration: a final, sweeping confirmation of how God fulfilled every promise He made to Israel. Not even one of the smallest of His promises went unfulfilled. Moreover, the word “good” is used to describe His promises, because His goodness flows through His promises; and He does not change!

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise...” (2 Pet.3:9). Though it may take a while for some promises to be fulfilled, God is faithful to fulfil every promise. When situations contradict His Word, let’s choose to stand firm, meditate on His Word, and affirm His promises without losing heart, knowing that heaven and earth may pass away, but His Word remains forever (Mt.24:35). God hasn’t forgotten us. He is working right now to bring it to pass. Beloved, let’s take a stand of Faith with these faith-filled declarations of:

Total Possession: Father, I thank You that, just as You gave the Israelites the land You promised, You have given me full possession of my inheritance in Christ. I possess my healing, prosperity, peace, and breakthrough, and I settle into them today.

Total Rest: Lord, I decree that You have given me rest on every side. I am free from turmoil, anxiety, and fear. I walk in the divine rest that You promised, and I refuse to carry any burden that You have not called me to carry.

Unbeatable Victory: I declare that no weapon of enemies formed against me shall prosper. Because You have delivered all my adversaries into Your hands, I stand secure, knowing that no obstacle can stand against me.

Unfailing Promises: Not one word of all the good promises the Lord has made to me will fail. Everything He has spoken concerning my life, family, and destiny shall come to pass. 

Total Fulfillment: I declare that every good thing God has spoken over me is coming to pass in this season. I am walking in the fullness of His Word, and I shall not lack any good thing that He has promised ... ALL in JESUS’ NAME!
