"And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you…” – Deuteronomy 31:8a
The Lord God guarantees DIVINE PRESENCE in ALL SEASONS: "And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed" (Deut. 31:8). God does not send us into a new season alone; He goes before us to clear the path and walks beside us to guarantee Victory. When facing major transitions or uncertain futures, our greatest asset is not human strategy, but the unbreakable promise of God’s Personal accompaniment. His Presence carries us through Seasons of Change.
Transitions can be terrifying. Whether one is starting a fresh career, moving to a new location, navigating a major family shift, or stepping into a fresh assignment, the unknown naturally breeds anxiety. The nation of Israel was facing the biggest transition in its history. Moses at 120 years old, plainly told the people that he could no longer lead them having been restricted by God from crossing the Jordan. This is the reality of shifting eras. God allows human structures to change so that we learn to lean solely on His unchanging nature (vv.1-2). The people were about to step into a fierce territory filled with heavily fortified nations, without their spiritual father. But Moses did not leave them in panic, affirming that their True Leader was not a man, but the Almighty God Himself.
God is the True Trailblazer (v.3). Moses declared that He would cross over before them, destroy the enemy nations, and allow Israel to dispossess them. Joshua will also lead. That is, God provides both spiritual backing and physical leadership for our destiny. He promised to do to these new enemies exactly what He did to the kings of the Amorites whom He utterly destroyed (vv.4-5). Remembering God's past track record of faithfulness dissolves current anxiety. God goes before us into our tomorrow to dismantle obstacles, open locked doors, and settle the atmosphere before we even arrive. He walks with us step-by-step, ensuring we have the strength to handle the journey.
God occupies both our present and future; hence, panic is nullified. What our eternal Companion demands is courage (v.6). His Presence is fiercely loyal; He cannot abandon us in the middle of a battle. Moses therefore commanded Joshua in the sight of all Israel to be strong and courageous, in order to bring them into their God-ordained inheritance (v.7). True leadership requires visible, anchored confidence in the God Who acts as our advance guard (goes before us) and our continuous anchor (always with us). Because abandonment and failure are not in His nature, feeling overwhelmed or dismayed is completely unnecessary (v.8). He says: “I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron” (Isa.45:2).
In Jesus’ Name, I affirm that:
I step into my new season with absolute strength and unshakeable courage. I will not be afraid of any obstacle, enemy, or giant in my way.
The Lord is actively walking with me through every transition as my divine advance guard, going ahead to make every crooked path straight.
I am totally exempt from abandonment. God will never leave me nor forsake me. Panic, dread, and mental dismay have no right in my mind.
He Who delivered me in past seasons is giving me fresh Victory. I advance boldly, as His Presence guarantees my success and inheritance.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
