Bible Meditation:
Acts 9: 1-9

“As he journeyed he came to Damascus, and suddenly a LIGHT shone around him FROM HEAVEN” – Acts 9:3

Saul of Tarsus – who became Paul the apostle – exemplifies the wonder of VISITATION for REDIRECTION: "As he journeyed he came to Damascus, and suddenly a LIGHT shone around him FROM HEAVEN (Acts 9:3). God’s Visitation for Redirection and Transformation is a sovereign, heaven-sent encounter that interrupts an individual’s misguided path, recalibrates their spiritual trajectory, and aligns their life with His Ultimate Purpose. It is a sudden, transformative moment where the Lord replaces human zeal with true passion and divine direction.

Saul was traveling to Damascus with a destructive, self-driven agenda to persecute the church. The sudden flash of heavenly light represents God’s intervention in the midst of human busyness – His interruption of Saul’s self-will (v.3). God knows exactly where we are, even when we are walking in the wrong direction, and He has the power to halt our ambitious and erroneous plans. Saul’s surrender marks the critical turning point of the divine visitation. Confronted by the blinding Glory of Jesus, the zealous religionist abandoned his own authority and submitted to the Lordship of Christ. His mindset shifted from asking “What do I want to do?” to “Lord, what do You want me to do?” (v.6).

True redirection begins with complete surrender and leads to a Season of Recalibration. Saul was struck blind, an experience that slowed him down and caused him to fast, pray, and wait (vv.8-9). Sometimes, a divine redirection may require a transitional interval of “blindness” where God removes our worldly vision so we can begin to see with our spiritual eyes. It is a time for resetting and listening to God's instruction.

Beloved, let’s learn to embrace Divine Interruptions, recognising that not all delays or disruptions are attacks from the enemy. Sometimes, an unexpected hurdle is God redirecting our steps away from a dangerous destination. We must sustain a posture of obedience, cultivate a daily habit to ask God for direction in family, career, and ministry, rather than relying solely on our own understanding or strength, and avoid misguided zeal. Passion without truth can lead to accelerating in the wrong direction. It pays to surrender our passions and talents to the Holy Spirit to be guided correctly, and to trust God in the Quiet Seasons for a reshaping of character and preparation for the next assignment.

In Jesus’ Name, I decree that:

The Lord is visiting my life for a positive, productive change of direction. I receive the grace to surrender my personal agenda to His Purpose.

Seasons of wandering and toiling in vain are permanently terminated. God is opening my spiritual eyes to see His Prepared Path of Purpose.

Every negative verdict passed against my future is reversed by the blood of Jesus. Going forward, the Wisdom of God will guide my choices.

Every demonic diversion and trap set for my destiny is destroyed by the Light of God, and I will not miss my appointed Seasons of Blessing.

My steps are ordered by the Lord, through Seasons of Divine Visitation for Redirection and Recalibration, into Divine Favour and Purpose.

The Lord is turning my past mistakes and pain into powerful testimonies of grace, with divine acceleration and elevation in every area of life.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
