Ecclesiastes 8: 1-17

Say to the righteous that it shall be WELL with them – Isaiah 3:10

The Almighty God has seen us through one-third of the Year of His Word, Spirit, and Life. In January, He gave us His Word and Words; in February His Light began to brighten our lives and illuminate our paths afresh; His Motivation was our portion in March; and in April, He worked on our Attitudes, culminating in our cultivating the Attitude of Gratitude. This month of May is our Month of Blessings – our month of Wellness and Wholeness! The Word of the King of kings has pronounced me blessed, well, and whole; I am thus empowered and cannot be otherwise (Eccl.8:4).

According to God’s eternal Counsel, it is well with the righteous always – irrespective of the situation or condition! If He had said, “Say to the righteous, that it is well with him in his prosperity,” we must have been thankful for so great a bonus, for the season of prosperity is a period of peril, and it is a gift from heaven to be secured from its snares. Or, if it had been written, “It is well with the righteous when under persecution,” we must have been thankful for such graceful and sustaining assurance, for persecution is hard to endure. But when no time or season is mentioned, all time is included, and no season is excluded. Ecclesiastes 8:12 declares: “Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him.” Therein is my blessed assurance!

God’s “shalls” must be understood always in their broadest sense. From the ‘Genesis’ of the year to the end thereof; from the rallying of evening shadows until the day-star shines; in all conditions and under all circumstances, it shall be well with the righteous. It shall be so well with him that we could not imagine it to be better, for:

  • he is well fed, he feeds upon the flesh and blood of Jesus;
  • he is well clothed, he wears the imputed righteousness of Christ;
  • he is well housed, he dwells in God and in His Love;
  • he is well married, his soul is knit in bonds of marriage union to Christ;
  • he is well provided for, for the Lord is his Shepherd;
  • he is well endowed, for heaven is his inheritance.

It is well with the righteous – by the decree of divine authority; the mouth of God speaks the comforting assurance. Beloved, once the Lord God declares that all is well, a million devils may declare it to be ill, but you’ll laugh them all to scorn. Blessed be God for a faith which enables us to believe God even when natural evidences contradict Him. O Righteous One in Christ, it is at all times well with you. Even if you cannot see it, let God’s Word assure you instead of sight and sense. Believe it on divine authority more confidently than if your senses and feelings told you so. Whom God blesses is blessed indeed, and what His lip declares is the surest and most steadfast truth.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
