SUPERNATURAL EXALTATION (4)

"He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the beggar from the ash heap, to set them among princes…” – 1 Samuel 2:8a

Hannah’s Prophetic Song of Praise captures the reality of SUPERNATURAL EXALTATION from the dust to distinction: "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the beggar from the ash heap, to set them among princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. “For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and He has set the world upon them” (1 Sam.2:8). Having successfully broken through years of agonizing barrenness, mockery, and emotional trauma, Hannah erupted into a prophetic song of praise. Her words evolved from a personal testimony into an authoritative homily on the total sovereignty of God over human destinies, reaching the peak in the absolute law stated in verse 8.

God does not merely promote people by moving them up a single rung on the ladder. His Model of Exaltation is often phenomenal. He picks individuals from the dregs of society, and lifts them up into the corridors of power. Hannah anchored God's lifting capacity to His ownership of the earth's structural pillars. This underpins the truth that because God created and stabilizes the global system, He reserves the sovereign right to override its natural socio-economic barriers. Earthly gatekeepers cannot stop a person whose lifting is backed by the Owner of the pillars. Divine Exaltation does not build on human foundations; it bypasses middle levels to take the favoured one straight from zero to zenith!

Human status is highly fluid in the Hands of the Divine: "The Lord makes poor, and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up" (v.7). No condition is permanent when the Divine Judge decides to re-balance the scales of destiny. This identical pattern is mirrored in Psalm 113:7-8, “He raises the poor out of the dust, and lifts the needy out of the ash heap, that he may seat him with princes – With the princes of His people.” This confirms that the “Dunghill Upgrade” is a consistent model of Divine Performance. The dunghill represents waste, rejection, and absolute zero options. God purposefully chooses these extreme backdrops so that when the exaltation manifests, human talent takes no credit.

We must never disdain any current lowliness: The "dust" or "dunghill" season is not the final destination. It is merely the low launching pad from which God would display His lifting power. Let’s learn to look away from human systems, human networking, or institutional fairness to lift us, while keeping our eyes on the Owner of the pillars. When the exaltation finally hits, we must protect our hearts against arrogance and let no conceit come out of our mouths (v.3). True lifting requires sustained humility.

My season of supernatural exaltation is fully activated by the Power of God. I am supernaturally pulled out of obscurity, dust, and limitation.

Every socio-economic barrier standing against my advancement is broken. I move rapidly from the dunghill of lack into my heritage of glory.

By heaven’s decree, I am set firmly among the princes of my generation. Because the earth’s pillars belong to my Father, my lifting is secure.

God’s Favour has rewritten my story and granted me unrivalled lifting. I am exempted from generational stagnation, failure, and mockery.
