PROPHETIC VISITATION OF LIFE

“…and they glorified God, saying, “A GREAT PROPHET has risen up among us”; and, “GOD has VISITED His people” – Luke 7:16b

Our Lord Jesus Christ exemplified the PROPHETIC VISITATION of LIFE: "Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, “A GREAT PROPHET has risen up among us”; and, “GOD has VISITED His people” (Lk.7:16). By the gate of Nain, a funeral procession of sorrow met a ministry procession of life led by Jesus. A widow was burying her only son – her final hope, security, and joy, walking toward a future of utter desolation. Then came the Prophetic Visitation of Life. Heaven visited Nain, interrupted earthly hopelessness, and restored life and Joy. He turned the tide upon a situation of delay, decay, or death. His Visit intervened to shift the atmosphere and reorder destiny.

Here are Five Insights into the Prophetic Visitation of Life:

Visitation moves with Compassion (v.13): The Lord didn't just see a funeral procession; He saw the widow’s pain. Compassion implies that He felt her pain in His heart. Prophetic Visitation is birthed from God's Empathy, not just from His Power.

Visitation interrupts the Procession of Death (v. 14): The Lord touched the coffin and commanded them to stop. A prophetic visitation breaks the pattern of negativity that is naturally expected to continue, and stops the burial of dreams.

Visitation amplifies the Voice of Resurrection (v.14): Jesus spoke directly to the dead: "Young man, I say to you, arise." The prophetic Word releases life to things deemed sterile, dormant, or dead.

Visitation commands complete Restoration (v.15): The young man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus "presented him to his mother." Visitation does not just start a work; it completes it, restoring stolen joy, wasted years, and lost glory.

Visitation changes the narrative (vv.16-17): The result was fear – holy awe, glorification of God, and a new report. The visitation changed the story from despair to encouragement. When God visits; let’s spread the report to build faith in others.

The multitude recognized that this was not merely a miracle; it was a "Visitation"! God was auditing, overseeing, and intervening in their local situation. In moments of despair, let’s stop focusing on the "coffin" and begin to expect God’s Intervention to stop every procession of pain. Interestingly, the widow didn't ask for a miracle, but the Lord intervened. Even if our faith is low, a prophetic visitation can still occur by God's Grace. Let’s invite the Lord of Life to speak to areas of our lives that feel like a funeral – career, marriage, health, finances, or spiritual life.

In Jesus’ name, I decree that:

By the Prophetic Visitation of Life, seasons of weeping are over. Where people said there is no hope, God is manifesting a new beginning.

My seeds and sources of Joy shall not be buried. I receive a fresh impartation of life into every dead dream within me.

The Lord is reversing every negative report concerning my life and family. I am stepping out of anonymity into my place of prophetic destiny.

God has looked upon me with mercy, and my life will glorify His name! I experience divine acceleration and restoration of all lost years.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
