Bible Meditation:
Proverbs 4:10-27

But the PATH of the just is as the SHINING LIGHT, that shines more and more unto the perfect day – Proverbs 4:18

Proverbs 4 contrasts between the path of the just and the way of the wicked. Verses 14-17 and 19 describe the dark, gloomy, and violent path of the unjust. Verse 18 highlights the bright and luminous path of the just, which gets brighter and brighter unto the full blaze of endless glory! Colossians 3:4 confirms this: “when Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall you also appear with Him in glory.”

God’s Principle of Increasing Light is consistent in the scriptures. Jacob experienced increasing light when he was left alone at Penuel and had to wrestle until the dawn of the day, for the redefinition and restoration of his destiny. Genesis 32:31 says figuratively: “And as he passed over Penuel, the SUN ROSE UPON HIM…” – his night of travail gave way to the dawn of triumph! Beloved, may the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you and bring the nights of travail to an end.

Increasing light was the portion of the Ethiopian eunuch as he rode in his chariot from Jerusalem, and Philip, moved by the Holy Spirit, joined him the chariot, to unveil his understanding of the scrolls of Isaiah the Prophet (Acts 8:27-39). Cornelius the Caesarean contacted increasing light of revelation through angelic vision and the ministry of Peter, the apostle (Acts 10). Cornelius’ path, along with his entire household, was illuminated by God’s light, lifting him from the routine of religion into the reality of redemption by faith in Christ, and the release of the Holy Spirit’s power.

Ever-increasing light is the Father’s Will for His children. Paul’s ministry to the Gentiles was described as follows: “TO OPEN THEIR EYES, and to turn them from DARKNESS to LIGHT, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me” (Acts 26:18). Whereas the way of the wicked is so full of darkness that they know not at what they stumble, they righteous is encouraged to ponder the path of his feet, so that all his ways may be established (Pro.4:19, 26).

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
