GOD WILL STRENGTHEN YOU MIGHTILY

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be STRENGTHENED WITH MIGHT by His Spirit in the inner man – Ephesians 3:16

God is the Source and Supplier of my Strength. His Strength is a key part of my equipment for life’s battles. The Lord is the Strength of my life. He will strengthen me with His Might: “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the STRENGTH of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psa.27:1).The Lord will gird me with Strength for every battle of life, and make my way perfect: “It is God who girds me with strength, and makes my way perfect” (Psa.18:32). The Lord arms and equips me with strength for all of life’s challenges (Psa.18:39). I will not faint in the day of battle (Pro.24:10).

The Lord who has ordained strength in my mouth will silence the enemies and the avenger: “Out of the mouth of babes and infants You have ordained strength, because of Your enemies, that You may silence the enemy and the avenger” (Psa.8:2). God turns me into an active participator, not a mere on-looker in bringing the enemies of my destiny to their knees. He ordains strength in me, to nullify every machination of evil that may be arraigned against me. The Lord is teaching my hands for war and my fingers for battle (Psa.144:1)

More than most people that ever lived, the apostle Paul knew the Lord as His Strength. His encounters with the eternal Source of Strength gave him the impetus to pray for the believers: “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man” (Eph. 3:16). With God’s strength behind you and His arms beneath you, you can face whatever challenge lies ahead of you. He will do exceeding abundantly above all that you may ask or think according to His Power – His Strength – that works in you (Eph.3:20). Ultimately, when you have JESUS as your Lord, Saviour, and Focus, you will finish well and finish strong!
