Bible Meditation:
Isaiah 3: 10-15

Say to the righteous that IT SHALL BE WELL with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings – Isaiah 3:10

Although the Bible emphasizes Healing and Health, there is a place for GOD’S WORDS of WELLNESS: “Say to the righteous that IT SHALL BE WELL with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, for the reward of his hands shall be given him” (Isa. 3:10-11). God remembered His children even in times of judgement. He didn’t promise the righteous immunity from suffering during this time, but that it will go well with the believing remnant: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help IN TROUBLE” (Psa.46:1). God – not our armies, fortresses or impregnable castle – is our Refuge from distress.

In God’s eternal Counsel, it is well with the righteous always, irrespective of condition or situation! No time or season is mentioned: all times are included; no season is excluded. Ecclesiastes 8:12-13a also says: “Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that IT WILL BE WELL with those who fear God, who fear before Him. But it will NOT BE WELL with the wicked...” Wellness is part of the Blessed Assurance of the righteous – the Believer in Christ Jesus.

Wellness, according to Merriam Webster, is “the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal.” Therefore, Health is a base for Wellness, but Wellness transcends Health. To be well is to adopt a lifestyle and partake in activities that promote good health and improve quality of life. While Health, apart from the Divine dimension, may depend more on external interventions such as the services of medical practitioners, counsellors, and medications, Wellness is based on behavioural and lifestyle changes, under the Atmosphere of God’s Grace. In a sense, Wellness is the ‘perfection’ of Health – Sustained Health.

God’s “shall” must be understood in the broadest, all-inclusive sense. From the inception of the year to its end; from the rallying of evening shadows until the day-star shines; in all conditions and under all circumstances, it SHALL be well with the righteous. It shall be so well with him or her that one could not imagine it to be better. If we can believe and embrace God’s Word: The righteous shall be well fed, well clothed, well housed, well mated, well provided for, well connected, and well-endowed. Romans 8:32 says, “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”

No food can exceed the quality and nourishment of our Spiritual Foods – the Word of God and the Flesh and Blood of Jesus. No material clothing is superior to white garment of the imputed righteousness of Christ. No locale can be more satisfying than dwelling in God Himself and in His Love. No bond of marriage can be more blessed than the Believer’s union to Christ. No provisions can surpass the supplies from the Lord Jesus Chrit, our Shepherd. No endowment can be superior to our eternal Inheritances in Christ.

By divine decree, IT IS WELL with the righteous. When the Lord God has declared that all is well, a million devils cannot change Wellness to Illness. Blessed be God for the Living Faith that enables us to believe Him even when sight seems to contradict His Word. It is well with the righteous, come what may. Even if we cannot see it, God’s Word assures us beyond our senses or sight. Whoever God has blessed is blessed indeed; and what His mouth has declared is the surest and most steadfast truth.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
