Revelation 22:1-5

And they shall see HIS FACE; and His Name shall be in their foreheads – Revelation 22:4

Your face projects your personality. It is therefore the most expressive and one of your most prized parts as a human being! The bubbling baby values that sweet smile of a mother and vice-versa. The saintly countenance of a godly father carves enduring memories. How we yearn in recollections even of the faces of loved ones who have gone ahead to heaven. What great elation will follow when the veil of separation is lifted and heartfelt longings at last become reality when we are face to face in the eternal future!

Far more delightful than the reunion of loved ones on the other side of eternity, one of the crowning joys of heaven will be to look on the wonderful face of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. His was the face that was bathed in tears of compassion for a sin-soaked, dark, and decaying race. His was the face that was full of love for a lost world. His was the face that bore the shame so that our faces might wear the glory of God. His was the face that grimaced in agony on Golgotha for our sins that we might see the smile of God’s eternal forgiveness.

Even now, on this side of eternity, the Lord desires that our faces reflect His face: “they looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces were not ashamed” (Psa.34:5). When we look up to Him with heaven-born expectation, we’ll reflect the light of His countenance and become radiant. As you take a look in the mirror, does your face radiate victorious testimony for the Lord? The face is a mirror of the heart. Are people seeing Jesus in your face?

John, the Beloved declared: Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is” (1Jh.3:2). O that we may live in intense anticipation of that day when faith shall be turned into sight! With eyes bright with hope and expectation, we’ll sing the refrain: “When by His grace I shall look on His face, that will be glory, be glory for me!”

Dear Lord, as I gaze into Your glorious Face, help me to be a radiant saint in time and for all eternity, in Jesus name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
