Psalm 23: 1-6

"HE RESTORES MY SOUL; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake" – Psalm 23:3

The Good Shepherd is committed to the Divine Restoration of the souls of all of His sheep: "HE RESTORES MY SOUL; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake" (Gen.23:3). In a world that drains our energy, tests our faith, and fractures our focus, these four words constitute a powerful decree of Divine Renewal: “He restores My Soul”! When life leaves us emotionally or spiritually depleted, the Good Shepherd takes it upon Himself to rescue our fractured souls, supernaturally revive our exhausted minds, broken emotions, and weary spirits, and renew and rebuild our inner strength, bringing us back to absolute wholeness.

Psalm 23 transits from a poetic song to a legal guarantee of God’s execution. David, writing from his experiences as both a shepherd and a fugitive, positioned Jehovah-Raah – The Lord My Shepherd – not as a passive observer, but as the active caretaker. The Hebrew word for restore – shub – means to turn back, rescue, or recover. In the natural world, a “cast sheep” is one that has rolled onto its back and cannot get up on its own. Left alone, it will die. The shepherd must find it, lift it, rub its legs to restore circulation, and set it back on its feet. Divine Restoration is God’s sovereign, covenant-backed intervention to rescue, repair, and fully revive a fractured soul. It is the deliberate act of the Great Shepherd finding His exhausted or "cast" sheep and reinstating them to a position of strength, wholeness, and spiritual alignment.

Divine Restoration is not a negotiation; it is God performing His covenant duty to bring us back from brokenness, exhaustion, and spiritual collapse into total wholeness. This calls for surrendering and trusting. We surrender our weariness and stop trying to fix our fractured souls through human effort. Realizing that we are "cast" enables the Great Shepherd to lift us. Then, we must trust the process of realignment. Sometimes restoration requires God to redirect our steps away from toxic environments and into His "green pastures." Restoration does not mean we didn't break; it means brokenness was not allowed to be our final chapter! Beyond brokenness, there is restoration and recovery!

When God performs His Word, He doesn't just replace what we lost; He upgrades who we are!

In Jesus; Name, I affirm that:

The Lord is my Shepherd! My soul is fully restored from every past trauma. Wasted years and lost opportunities are supernaturally recovered.

As God is turning every dry season into overflowing rivers of life, I strip off the garment of heaviness and put on the oil of joy and gladness.

Every legal ground the enemy claimed over my mind and emotions is permanently cancelled. I rise above depression, anxiety, and fear.

The Great Shepherd is leading me beside still waters, and my internal peace is non-negotiable. My mental health is anchored in Christ.

God’s Angels – Goodness and Mercy – locate me, correct my steps, and position me on paths of righteousness for His Name's sake.

Goodness and Mercy are accompanying me, rewriting my mistakes into miracles as I move from mere survival into seasons of divine thriving.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
