DIVINE PROFIT (2)

“For wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her” – Proverbs 8:11

The Holy Spirit is the Ultimate Source of Wisdom, Creative Insight, and patent-grade Ideas for DIVINE PROFIT: “For wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her. “I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge and discretion” (Pro.8:11-12). Divine Profit not only flows through divine instruction and covenant obedience; it follows the ultimate source code of all supernatural productivity: Divine Wisdom! In Proverbs 8, Wisdom is personified as a noble lady standing on the high places, beside the gates, and at the crossroads, crying out to all humanity. She does not hide in secret; she is accessible to anyone willing to listen. She presents her credentials, offers truth, righteousness, and excellent things (vv.1-9). Divine Wisdom is the true metric of Divine Profit:

“For wisdom is better than rubies” implies that Divine Profit is not merely the acquisition of money or materialism, but the possession of the Wisdom that generates it. Rubies and earthly assets are finite, but Wisdom is an infinite fountain. Wisdom doesn't travel alone; she dwells with prudence (sound judgment) and uncovers “knowledge and discretion” or “witty inventions” – innovative ideas, strategies, and solutions (v.12) Let’s expect God to give us creativity in our career, business, and ministry. One divinely inspired idea can profit beyond many years of unguided labour. In the atmosphere of Divine Performance, God uses Wisdom to bypass human sweat and grant us value adding ideas.

“Receive my instruction, and not silver, and knowledge rather than choice gold” (v.10). Wisdom must be valued above capital, and cried out for rather than over a lack of money. “Money answers everything” (Eccl.10:19b). But it is wisdom that answers how to generate and multiply the money. Capital can be lost, but the wisdom that creates capital ensures we can always build again. To capture divine wisdom, is to capture the perpetual manufacturer of true wealth. We must also learn to cultivate prudence in management, which is what sustains Divine Profit. When God blesses us with resources, we need divine insight to manage, invest, and multiply rather than squander them.

As I walk in the reality of Divine Performance, my mind is illuminated by the Holy Spirit to step into realms of sweatless influence.

I receive a fresh baptism of the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to become a solution-provider and profit-producer to my generations.

I value the Wisdom of God above all earthly treasures and rubies. His Wisdom operates in my life, directing my choices and investments.

I am blessed with prudence to manage resources with spiritual foresight and solve every problem on the way by the spirit of wisdom in me.

My mouth speaks excellent things, and my lips hate wickedness. I will not make foolish decisions that lead to financial or professional loss.

I obtain access to witty inventions and impactful ideas. My profit is evident to all, anchored on the indestructible foundation of God's Word.
