“THE COUNSEL of the LORD stands forever, THE PLANS of HIS HEART to all generations” – Psalm 33:11

The Counsel of the Lord and the Plans of His Heart are central to DECLARING DIVINE PERFORMANCE: “THE COUNSEL of the LORD stands forever, THE PLANS of HIS HEART to all generations” (Psa.33:11). This affirms that God's Counsel endures forever, His Plans stand firm, and His eternal and unshakeable purposes will be fulfilled, in contrast to humanity’s fleeting plans and transient intentions. This verse encourages us to trust in God's sovereignty, knowing that He's working everything out according to His perfect plan. Here are confessions and declarations designed to anchor our lives in God's sovereign, unshakable purpose and to invite His divine performance:

In Jesus’ name, I believe and declare that the same God who spoke the heavens and all their hosts into existence by His Word and by the breath of His mouth has spoken and still speaking and pouring life into my situations for radical, constructive, and positive transformation.

I declare that the Lord Who gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap and knows the depths of the deeps, frustrates the plans of all adversaries and thwarts all human schemes against me. No counsel against my destiny shall stand.

I declare that all that the Lord has spoken into my life shall be done; and all that He has commanded upon my destiny shall stand fast.

I declare that the Lord brings the counsel of the heathen to nought. He renders the devices of the devil, demons and kingdom of darkness null and void, and of no effect.

I declare God’s Unshakable Counsel: God’s counsel over my life stands firm. What He has purposed for me cannot be cancelled, delayed, or stolen by any enemy.

I declare God’s eternal Purpose: The plans of God’s heart toward me endure through all generations. His purpose for my life is settled in heaven and will manifest on earth.

I declare God’s Unchanging Thoughts: I refuse to be shaken by present circumstances. His divine performance is active and consistent.

I declare Divine Intervention: The Lord’s intentions are actively working to bring me to a place of peace, prosperity, and purposeful living.

I declare that I am blessed because the Lord is my God, and because He has chosen me for His own eternal inheritance!

I am chosen as part of God's inheritance. The Lord looks down from heaven, observes my situation, and understands every step I take.

The Lord cares about all that concerns me. From the Place of His Habitation, He beholds my abode to release His Mercy and His Grace.

The Lord, who fashions my heart, knows my needs and will act on my behalf to initiate, pursue, and perform His Perfect Will.

The Lord is my Help and My shield. My heart rejoices in Him, because I trust in His holy name (vv. 20-21).
